Orders and Shipping
Digital software keys will be available in your account within 1 hour of payment being confirmed and usually much sooner, within a minute.
You can choose separate shipping and billing addresses at checkout, if you wish to change your delivery address after placing your order then please contact us using the form below. Once your order is marked as COMPLETE then unfortunately we can no longer change the delivery address as it has been despatched.

We do not store any banking or payment information, this is all managed by Stripe and PayPal on our behalf.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
For physical product returns, notification must be filed within 14 days of receipt of item.
Digital license keys can not be returned (as per UK digital consumer law). Please ensure you require keys before purchase and that they will work on your machine.
